For the first time since returning to the UK in October, Yeva and I got off the dock! I managed to time a break between two storms that gave me a lot of wind and waves to play in but under bright blue skies. It felt incredible to be back out there. I managed to test all of the repairs and works we’ve done since getting back, and I am so thrilled to say that it all went smoothly and as expected. Yeva is turning into a truly capable, resilient offshore blue water vessel, and every day we get closer to slipping lines, I grow in confidence aboard my boat. On with the next jobs now – as always, I’ll keep you posted!
